By downloading or using Royal Courts, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing Royal Courts, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, notify us of unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must NOT: post false or defamatory content, harass or abuse other users, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized system access, spam other users, scrape app content, or impersonate any person.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By posting content, you grant Royal Courts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it within the App. You are solely responsible for content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
5. TENNIS DATA AND SCORES
Tennis data is provided for informational purposes only. Do not rely on it for wagering or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy or timeliness.
6. COURT REVIEWS AND RATINGS
Reviews reflect personal opinions. Royal Courts does not verify accuracy. Court owners may report inaccurate reviews to [email protected].
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Royal Courts name, logo, and design are proprietary. Tennis player names and tournament data are property of their respective owners (ATP, WTA, ITF, etc.).
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ROYAL COURTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold Royal Courts harmless from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
